Marist young adults embarked on a pilgrimage to Manila, Philippines, from the 30th November to the 14th December 2019.
There were countless opportunities to encounter many people from different walks of life. Pilgrims learnt about their faith, family and finding joy within struggle. It was an amazing to experience to witness the Filipino culture through communities, such as the Society of St Vincent de Paul, Bagong Barrio community, the Angel Presence School, the Kuya Centre and the community of brothers at MAPAC.
It was a great opportunity to connect, serve and reflect.
