The ‘Buy a Tree’ project is an initiative by the Star of the Sea Province, envisaged by SoTS Provincial, Br Peter Carroll FMS.

‘Buy a Tree’ enables the Province to commence and maintain regeneration projects across 11 countries in Asia and the Pacific, including Australia, Cambodia, Fiji, Kiribati, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea (and Bougainville), Solomon Islands, Samoa, Timor-Leste and Vanuatu.

Why ‘Buy A Tree’?

By planting native trees in approved SoTS Provincial areas, you are taking steps to offset carbon emissions from journeys you have taken.

Supports local Marist-led efforts to buy tree seedlings, tools, fertiliser, and tree protection ware.
